Top SchoolFrancis Poisson is a senior data management and operational excellence leader with 11+ years in strategic analytics and over three decades in IT and project management. At VINCI Energies he drives Data Management & Analytics and oversees Prevention, Environment & Quality for dozens of business units, turning 25,000 projects and 8,000 client records into actionable strategic insights and a company-wide CRM rollout. He combines hands-on technical certifications (MCSE, Novell) and early systems engineering experience with proven leadership of large, distributed teams and regulatory audits across SST and ISO/Environmental topics. Known for pragmatic governance, he links executive strategy to field operations, trains and mentors 95 safety/environmental référents, and coordinates national business clubs to surface market intelligence. Less obvious: his career began in the Air Force building mission-critical pilot-tracking software, a discipline that still informs his rigor in safety and data processes.
