Top SchoolFrancis Thibault is a Frontend Developer with 11 years of experience specializing in design systems, building scalable, accessible UI components that align design and engineering across product teams. He excels at creating modular components, design tokens, and Storybook-driven documentation, and uses Chromatic for visual regression to keep interfaces consistent at scale. With a background that spans WordPress marketing sites to leading frontend teams, he brings a rare combination of visual design training and production-grade frontend engineering. Based in Greater Montreal, Francis is known for pragmatic collaboration with designers and product teams and a strong emphasis on accessibility and long-term maintainability. Beyond components, he often surfaces subtle UX regressions early through visual testing workflows, reducing costly design drift in multi-product environments.
