Senior🎓
Top SchoolFrançois Roget is a Senior Frontend Developer and technical leader with 12+ years of experience building and migrating large-scale web platforms, most notably leading a migration from a monolithic PHP stack to micro-frontends in React. He combines hands-on expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux and CI/CD with strong backend and infrastructure knowledge (Java/JAX-RS, AWS, Docker, Active Directory, multiple databases), enabling him to bridge architects, developers and product teams. As a lead designer and platform architect he enforces code consistency, drives knowledge transfer, and has managed cross-functional teams and product delivery while also acting as CEO of his own consultancy. Beyond frontend craft, he regularly engages in product management, sales and marketing for projects, reflecting a rare blend of technical depth and commercial ownership. Based in Brussels, François brings practical security and ops experience—covering identity, encryption and networking—that keeps delivery aligned with enterprise constraints.
