Top SchoolFrank Yang is a founder and owner based in Shanghai with 12 years of experience building web platforms and social-impact products. He created cha-gang.com, one of China's early micro-charity sites, combining social engagement and online surveys to make giving accessible to students and low-income users. As owner of Insight Focus since 2009 he leads a small, distributed team and has experience turning civic-minded ideas into working, media-covered projects—including a TED talk invitation and press exposure. His background in civil engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University informs a pragmatic, systems-oriented approach to product and community design. He is particularly focused on sustainable participation models, such as sharing equity with active members to align incentives and grow a healthy community. Frank blends entrepreneurial grit with a commitment to making philanthropy an everyday habit rather than an occasional act.
