Top SchoolFraser Graham is an infrastructure and platform leader with nearly three decades of engineering experience and 14 years in senior leadership, currently serving as Executive Director of Infrastructure Engineering at General Motors in San Francisco. He has overseen large, cross-functional organizations responsible for vehicle and cloud software delivery, OTA, SRE, FinOps, test automation and customer identity at scale. Fraser spent over a decade at Apple driving critical-path internal infrastructure—test systems, analytics, and distributed scheduling—to support the company’s operating systems, and earlier roles span real-time OS work at Motorola to game-engine and tools leadership at Disney and Microsoft-era studios. He combines low-level systems expertise with a product-minded focus on developer productivity and iteration speed, and is known for turning complex operational challenges into reliable, scalable platforms. Notably, his career threads hardware-near engineering through cloud-native operations, giving him uncommon fluency across vehicle, device and backend infrastructure stacks.
