Senior🎓
Top SchoolFred George is a veteran consulting developer and change agent with a half-century of hands-on coding experience and 16+ years in senior consulting and executive roles. An early pioneer of microservice architectures, Kanban, and GUI/OO practices, he has experimented with over 70 programming languages and coined the post-Agile concept "Programmer Anarchy." He blends deep technical craft—Ruby, Rails, Sinatra, web front-ends—and software architecture with pragmatic leadership gained at firms from IBM and ThoughtWorks to MailOnline and NAV. Equally at home coaching teams or shipping production systems, he has lived and worked across the US, UK, India and China and holds dual US/UK citizenship. Constantly seeking new challenges, he is available for consulting across Europe and North America and is known for introducing new technologies early and making them work in real-world organizations.
