Senior🎓
Top SchoolFreddy T is a Staff Product Designer based in New York with 8 years of cross-functional experience building consumer and B2B products across web and native platforms. A self-taught designer who shifted from a 7-year finance and corporate strategy background, he combines quantitative rigor with product-first UX craft, particularly in SaaS, marketplace, and fintech contexts. At Asana he led Goals design, shipping features like team sharing and OKR tooling that moved core health metrics and shaped multi-year roadmaps; prior roles at Uber and Bungalow delivered measurable growth and new homeowner/resident experiences. He excels at 0→1 interactions and systems thinking—designing templates, complex progress visualizations, and interactive diagnostic views that help executives act on strategic initiatives. Outside work he’s a prolific maker—musician, luthier, filmmaker, photographer and developer—bringing a multidisciplinary, hands-on creativity to product problems. Currently not open to opportunities, he remains focused on scaling core experiences and mentoring early-career designers.
