Senior🎓
Top SchoolFrédéric Coupez is a versatile Senior Fullstack IT Developer based in Luxembourg with nine years of experience delivering frontend and backend solutions for public institutions and consultancy firms. He has led complex migrations (notably AngularJS v1.5 to Angular 17) and built internal tools spanning Java/Spring Boot backends, modern Angular frontends, XML/ Akoma Ntoso data models and SPARQL queries. Calm, methodical and curious, he pairs strong OOP and functional programming skills with rapid adoption of new technologies (examples and experiments available on his GitHub). His work is marked by attention to data integrity, DevOps practices (GitLab/GitFlow, SonarQube, CI tooling) and practical UX through visualization libraries like D3 and amCharts. Formerly a gendarme, he brings discipline and reliability to software delivery and has earned multiple letters of recommendation for his contributions.
