Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolFrederico Gonçalves is a Solver Engineer with 11 years of professional experience combining academic rigor—PhD work on database join ordering and a master’s on scheduling—with hands-on software engineering across Java/JEE, Spring/Micronaut, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud-native platforms like Kubernetes and Rancher. He has sustained long-term operational responsibility for critical university systems while also building scalable integrations and improving architecture at startups like Etleap. Comfortable across the stack, he blends algorithmic problem-solving from his research background with pragmatic Agile delivery and CI/CD practices. Based in Minas Gerais, Brazil, he brings a rare mix of production operations expertise and formal optimization knowledge that helps turn complex query and scheduling problems into performant, maintainable systems.
