Senior🎓
Top SchoolFredrik Van Bruggen is a DevOps Manager and senior platform engineer with 11 years of experience building CI/CD pipelines, automation, and delivery platforms across enterprise and consulting environments. He has led DevOps and scrum teams at Precise Biometrics, IKEA, Verisure and Softhouse, translating product needs into repeatable, automated delivery flows and developer-friendly infrastructure. Comfortable both as a hands-on engineer and people leader, he has repeatedly driven cross-team improvements that enable continuous delivery at scale. His background includes configuration management, build/test/deploy tooling and on-the-ground coaching from Malmö to Sarajevo, showing he thrives in distributed, multicultural teams. A Lund University computer science MSc, he brings a pragmatic blend of process, tooling and team coaching that helps organizations shift toward a true DevOps culture. Notably, his career path shows a pattern of building shared delivery platforms that reduce friction for multiple product teams rather than just optimizing single projects.
