Top SchoolFukuaki Takano is a software engineer with 12 years of experience building and operating high-traffic consumer platforms across Japan, from @cosme’s large-scale e-commerce and review systems to Mamari’s parenting media and Q&A app with over 7 million monthly uniques. Beyond hands-on server-side development and web3 VTuber work at AnotherBall, he has led engineering transformation initiatives—introducing git, automated testing, and code reviews—and later moved into engineering management and head-of-development responsibilities focused on hiring and performance systems. He blends product-minded backend engineering with organizational design, helping teams scale reliably while keeping developer workflows modern. A law graduate with a background that spans design, sales, and a Google Student Ambassador role, he brings uncommon cross-disciplinary perspective to technical leadership.
