Senior🎓
Top SchoolFurkan Duman is a seasoned software development contractor with 11 years of experience designing and delivering large-scale, real-time applications for thousands of users. He has progressed from hands-on development roles to tech lead and architect positions, blending deep low-level curiosity—he taught himself Assembly to understand CPU instructions and malware behavior—with pragmatic system and recruitment leadership. Based in Ankara, he’s known for relentless bug-hunting, performance optimization, and mentoring engineering teams while shaping software architecture. Equally comfortable exploring new frameworks and languages in his spare time, he pairs technical rigor with an adventurous streak (enduro motorcycling and hiking with podcasts). This combination of low-level systems insight and production-scale architecture makes him a practical problem-solver for both performance-critical and team-driven projects.
