Senior🎓
Top SchoolGabi G is an experienced operations and account leader with 13 years of cross-functional experience driving revenue, compliance, and customer success for College Hill and other retail and services businesses. Based in Seattle, she currently serves as General Manager overseeing Client Services, Shipping, and Licensing Compliance, managing key accounts that generate 37% of company revenue and helping shape strategic decisions at the leadership level. Her background blends hands-on operations—supply chain, Shopify/Salesforce/Square platform management, and advanced Excel pricing automation—with licensing oversight for 400+ trademarks in a highly regulated space. She has a proven track record of process improvement (including a 150% efficiency gain from an automated audit system earlier in her career) and a knack for translating data into profitable licensing and product decisions. Outside work she pursues intersections of music, AI, art, and code, bringing creative curiosity to product merchandising and e-commerce. A University of Montana College of Business graduate, she combines retail sensibility with disciplined operational rigor.
