Top SchoolGabriel Cardenas is a founder and senior software engineer with 13 years of hands-on experience building Java-based backends, cloud solutions, and distributed microservices for US companies while working remotely from Colombia. His background spans enterprise integrations, high-performance REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and database-heavy analytics, with leadership stints as a team lead and project lead coordinating agile teams and deployments. He has delivered production systems at companies like Twilio and LiveVox and contributed client-side tooling with JavaFX for desktop projects, showing comfort across full-stack boundaries. Gabriel pairs deep Java EE expertise and SQL proficiency with practical DevOps experience (CI/CD, server deployments), and he continues to iterate on architecture and product strategy through his consulting practice. A detail that often gets overlooked: he combines formal Java architecture training with years of pragmatic, cross-border remote delivery, making him adept at translating complex requirements into reliable, auditable systems.
