Top SchoolGabriel Idenyi is a full‑stack software engineer with nine years of hands‑on experience building scalable web platforms across EdTech, FinTech, and SaaS, specializing in Python/Django, DRF, and React/Next.js. He led a ground‑up migration of an LMS from WordPress to Django that now supports ~10,000 users, integrates LTI 1.2, Zoom SSO and payments, and drove measurable improvements in latency, signup and retention. Comfortable owning architecture through delivery, he designs APIs and infrastructure for high concurrency and maintainability, and has applied those skills to agency banking, inventory systems with barcode support, news aggregation and assessment engines. A Toptal‑verified engineer who mentors junior developers and consistently emphasizes clean, testable code, he combines product sensibility with operational focus to reduce manual processes and boost revenue. Based in Lagos, he pairs embedded systems roots with modern web engineering—an unusual blend that helps him reason about both low‑level constraints and large‑scale distributed systems.
