Top SchoolGabriel Saraiva is a pragmatic software engineer with 13 years of experience building scalable systems for startups and high-growth tech companies, currently at SFR3 Fund. He has deep backend expertise across Java, TypeScript, Ruby, and Python, and a strong track record integrating payments, ERPs and observability into production systems. As a founding engineer at multiple startups (Mara, Yuca), he led hiring, designed infrastructure as code, automated billing and reconciliation flows, and shipped customer-facing funnels and admin tools. At 99 he worked on high-throughput payment and pricing systems that helped the company scale into a unicorn, and he routinely mentors and builds teams while keeping hands-on with code. Based in São Paulo, he pairs academic roots in high-performance computing with practical product delivery, and often tackles messy integrations and scraping challenges that others avoid.
