Senior🎓
Top SchoolGene Conroy-Jones is a seasoned engineering leader and Field CTO based in Seattle with 15 years of hands-on software experience and a career that spans seven startups, two acquisitions, and a $35M Series B. He combines player-coach execution—shipping interfaces, APIs, and cloud platforms—with building and scaling teams across product-led and enterprise contexts. His background includes founding-engineer work acquired by Salesforce, leading AI/ML-enabled consumer product development, and cutting processing times from hours to seconds via graph and analytics optimizations. Comfortable across front-end, backend, and serverless AWS architectures, he has repeatedly turned prototypes into production-grade systems and recruited high-performing teams. Unusually for a tech leader, he also holds a PhD in Civil Engineering, bringing rigorous analytical thinking to product and technical strategy.
