Genevieve Nelson is a seasoned program manager and former frontend developer with 11 years of hands-on experience delivering accessible, responsive digital experiences and over 15 years in the industry supporting clients end-to-end. At The C2 Group she evolved from building front-end UI and CMS-driven sites to owning QA strategy and now production performance and delivery as Program Manager, acting as the escalation point between delivery and account teams. She blends technical empathy—HTML/CSS/JS and CMS fluency—with process rigor in QA, training, and KPI ownership to reduce risk to revenue and ensure on-time, on-budget launches. Based in Grand Rapids, she brings a practical knack for translating design and client needs into measurable delivery outcomes and has repeatedly formalized tooling and processes that scale across projects.
