Senior🎓
Top SchoolGennadii Khudiakov is a pragmatic entrepreneur and senior full-stack/AI architect with 11–12 years of experience turning complex AI concepts into revenue-generating MVPs and scalable products that have served 45,000+ clients organically. He specializes in extreme time-to-market execution—prototyping agentic AI workflows and multimodal systems in days and securing first sales within a week—while owning product lifecycle, metrics-driven validation, and growth funnels as a high-impact solo team. His background spans low-latency server engineering (Crystal), large-scale Rails platforms that supported 1M+ active users, and enterprise BPM and analytics solutions, reflecting deep cross-stack fluency from C++/Java to modern AI stacks. Not obvious from titles: he repeatedly converts market hypotheses into production products (5 launches, 14 hypotheses tested) and has engineered omnichannel AI agents that autonomously handle thousands of messages daily. Based in Krakow, he is open to high-impact roles, technical partnerships, or consulting to help businesses industrialize AI and automate core processes.
