Top SchoolGeno Nadirov is a multidisciplinary engineering leader and founder with 11+ years blending systems and software engineering with entrepreneurial credit and finance expertise. He currently serves as Sr. Principal Engineer at Northrop Grumman while leading Credit Leverage X and several ventures he founded, including Marvel Solutions which has helped over 20,000 Americans improve credit and access zero-percent funding. Trained in power, electronics and systems engineering (Cal State LA, Stevens, CaltechX) and an MBA, he moves comfortably between technical program leadership for aerospace and hands-on product and business operations in real estate, rentals and fintech. Known for thriving under pressure and coordinating cross-functional teams, he pairs rigorous test-and-integration experience from Boeing, Raytheon and Pratt & Whitney with a security-researcher’s curiosity for taking systems apart and rebuilding them. His uncommon strength is translating complex financial products into scalable customer outcomes—recruiting and building teams that deliver measurable results.
