Senior🎓
Top SchoolGeoff Stewart is a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Ottawa with 11 years of professional experience building and scaling both greenfield platforms and large, established products. He brings deep low-level and enterprise expertise across Java/J2EE, C/C++, .NET, web services and Linux, and has moved between hands-on design and people leadership—managing ~30 engineers at Alcatel-Lucent before returning to senior individual-contributor roles. Currently contributing at MindBridge and Martello Technologies, he’s comfortable shipping production systems across the full stack and thriving in both startup-style builds and telecom-grade engineering environments. His background in network management and telecom systems gives him a practical edge for robust, performance-sensitive software, while a degree blending engineering and management from McMaster underpins his product-minded technical approach.
