Senior🎓
Top SchoolGeorge Allen is a seasoned full-stack software engineer and founder with 12 years of experience building product-led teams and shipping customer-facing systems from London. Currently co-founding Movil after technical leadership roles at Cleo and GoCardless, he blends hands-on engineering with team leadership and startup execution. He has led core-platform efforts and scaled features in fast-paced fintech and consumer settings, comfortable across backend services, APIs and front-end delivery. An avid tinkerer who still ships side projects, he brings a practical maker’s mindset to product problems and enjoys creative outlets like film and guitar that inform his collaborative style. Known for moving quickly from prototype to production, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Reading. Despite a playful GitHub bio hinting at a love of games, his career shows steady progression from full-stack developer to technical lead and founder.
