Top SchoolGeorgi Koemdzhiev is a cloud-first senior software engineer with 11 years of experience building resilient data and infrastructure solutions for S&P Global and IHS Markit. He specializes in cloud migrations, IaC with Terraform, AWS services, and modernizing stacks—moving .NET Framework apps to .NET Core and containerized deployments with ECS/ECR. In his current role he also architects data pipelines and ETL on Databricks/Apache Spark using Scala and Python to deliver sustainability-focused insights and product matching. Comfortable across front-end frameworks (Angular/React) and data visualization platforms, he blends full-stack pragmatism with platform-level thinking. Based in Aberdeen, he brings a practical habit of turning legacy systems into cloud-native, production-hardened services and a background that began in customer-facing roles, which informs his focus on reliable, user-centered solutions.
