Senior🎓
Top SchoolGermain Lefebvre is a Platform Engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native platforms for major clients like Kiabi, Adeo and Kiloutou from Lille, France. He blends deep infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane) and Golang operator development with team leadership—having managed Ops teams up to seven people and served in technical direction roles. His work focuses on developer productivity: building managed platforms that turn source code into provisioned infra, artifacts and monitored deployments, and even creating tools like CV Wonder to automate repetitive tasks. Comfortable across AWS, GCP and bare-metal, he has a track record of industrialising CI/CD, observability and secure deployment pipelines. Notably, he moves between low-level systems automation and higher-level declarative platform design, making complex infra consumable for developers.
