Top SchoolGerrit Addiks is a pragmatic full-stack developer from Lower Saxony with 13 years of experience building and maintaining backend-focused systems, notably leading the in-house fulfillment platform at Brille24 for a decade. He combines hands-on development with team and project leadership, shepherding complex e-commerce and fulfillment workflows from prototype into long-lived production. Comfortable across the stack, Gerrit prefers remote work and brings a steady, maintenance-first mindset that values reliability and clear ownership. Outside work he’s a sometime virtual pilot, hinting at a methodical, systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
