Top SchoolGia Nguyen is a Senior Team Lead and AI developer specializing in GenAI applications and prompt engineering, currently leading a 12-person team contracted to Meta via TEKsystems. Over eight years she has blended frontend engineering, machine learning and data analytics to improve product metrics—boosting processing efficiency by 35% and reducing hallucinations by 20% through prompt tuning and tooling. She has hands-on experience integrating Audio and Speech-to-Text solutions, onboarding multilingual data (including Vietnamese) for enterprise chatbots, and conducting comparative LLM analyses to guide model selection. A data-driven decision maker with a MSc in Data Science and Analytics, Gia leverages PowerBI and Python for research-grade analytics and operational reporting.
