Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolGiacomo Picchiarelli is an e-commerce and retail media leader with 13 years' experience driving digital growth across beauty and consumer goods in the EMEA region. After formative roles at Amazon where he adopted the "working backwards" customer-centric mindset, he scaled marketplace programs and vendor onboarding before moving into strategic e-commerce leadership at Coty and Dolce&Gabbana Beauty. He combines commercial rigor from an economics and marketing background with hands-on program execution—optimizing assortment, retail media and omnichannel performance. Comfortable translating data into growth initiatives, he values continuous learning and networks broadly to surface fresh ideas; off-hours he brings an engineer’s mindset and interest in ham radio, a hint of technical curiosity not obvious from his marketing-focused roles.
