Senior🎓
Top SchoolGiang Nguyen is a Site Reliability Engineer with 13 years of backend, data engineering, and DevOps/SRE experience across banking, gaming, and bioinformatics in Vietnam, Singapore, and the UK. He moves comfortably between hands-on debugging and high-level architecture, having led teams and established engineering practices at startups and enterprises alike. Technically fluent in Python, Erlang, SQL, Rust, Terraform, and Nix, he favors automation and system simplification and is refreshingly candid about disliking Go. His bioinformatics work at EMBL-EBI and DNAnexus and his hobbyist participation in ML challenges give him uncommon domain expertise in EEG and protein problems. Based in Vietnam, he now applies this multidisciplinary background to reliability and platform engineering at Techcombank.
