Summary
👤
SeniorGianluca Maggio is a seasoned technical manager with 25 years in software engineering and a focused specialty in HR systems, currently leading engineering at Code Architects. He has hands-on experience across client-server, classic and single-page web apps, and mobile, and since 2016 led development of a production-ready Angular/.NET Core platform that became a core asset for his product line. A pragmatic leader, he drove his former company's Agile transformation as head of the framework team and holds a Professional Scrum Master I certification. He combines deep engineering craft—full testing automation and CI/CD—with strategic product thinking, often translating long-term platform investments into measurable business value. Based in Bari, Italy, he brings continuity of practice from early-career engineering roles through senior R&D leadership, evidencing a rare blend of legacy-system knowledge and modern front-end architecture expertise.
