Top SchoolGianluca Mangiapelo is a Senior Software Engineer in Test based in Turin with a decade-long trajectory in test automation and eight years of focused professional experience across full-stack and QA roles. He has progressed from PHP developer and full-stack engineer to technical lead positions at Deltatre and now Factor Eleven, consistently driving test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality practices for media and digital products. Comfortable bridging development and QA, he pairs hands-on coding with mentoring and process improvements that reduce regressions and speed delivery. His background in computer engineering (Politecnico di Torino) and early work building BPM-CRM solutions reveals a pragmatic, systems-minded approach to software reliability.
