Top SchoolGianmaria Romanato is a seasoned CTO and software architect with over a decade of hands-on leadership delivering enterprise Java platforms, IDE tooling and cloud-oriented, multi-tenant frameworks. He has led growth-stage engineering teams to build Eclipse-based IDEs, MDA platforms and OSGi/J2EE infrastructures, combining deep expertise in architecture, performance tuning and enterprise security. Known for pragmatic release and change management, he translates complex domain requirements into maintainable, production-grade systems while mentoring teams through agile practices. His career includes long tenures as CTO at Finantix and SIAV, where he steered platform evolution from proprietary 4GL tooling to modern cloud frameworks. A less obvious strength is his track record of creating foundation tooling (editors, reverse-engineering cartridges, embedded test environments) that accelerates future product development.
