Senior🎓
Top SchoolGilles Tanson is an experienced full-stack consultant at Netlight with 11 years of software engineering experience, combining hands-on React and frontend work with DevOps and Azure deployments. He has repeatedly led frontend migrations, built component libraries with strong accessibility (EN 301 549, WCAG 2.1 AA) focus, and guided teams as a tech lead in fintech and accounting domains. Comfortable bridging product, project management and engineering, he supports non-technical stakeholders on security and GDPR trade-offs while unblocking users in production. His background includes co-founding a startup that shipped a React-based queue management product and building 3D visualization prototypes with three.js and Unity, reflecting a blend of entrepreneurial drive and technical curiosity. Based in Berlin, he brings a pragmatic, product-oriented mindset and a track record of enabling teams to ship accessible, maintainable software end-to-end.
