Senior🎓
Top SchoolGimantha Dissanayake is an associate consultant and full-stack engineer with nine years of experience blending web development, cloud engineering, and applied LLM work to ship AI products that actually stick in real organisations. With an MSc in Computing Sciences from Tampere University and a BSc in Computer Science, he focuses on taking ideas from PoC to production—owning architecture, frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI tuning end-to-end. He has moved between startups and consultancy roles (including Netlight and Eficode), bringing generative AI into everyday workflows by integrating intelligence into existing platforms rather than building one-off demos. Pragmatic about engineering fundamentals, he cares as much about readable code and docs as about model performance, so teams can maintain and evolve what he builds. Based in Helsinki, he’s especially interested in making generative models feel native inside organisational processes and enjoys conversations about applied AI and product-first engineering.
