Top SchoolGiovanni Gaglione is a seasoned technology leader and fractional CTO with 13 years of experience scaling AI-driven products and engineering teams from prototype to global customers. As CTO and co-founder of Wonderflow, he built a secure, high-performance analytics platform and grew the team from 1 to 30+, delivering enterprise-grade solutions across AI, scraping, predictive algorithms and data warehousing. He blends hands-on full-stack engineering (NodeJS, Python, Postgres, ClickHouse, vector DBs, AWS/GCP) with strategic product vision to turn ambitious ideas into sustainable businesses. Now advising startups and scaleups, he focuses on architecting scalable systems, hiring and mentoring distributed teams, and aligning technical roadmaps with market growth. Based in Rome, Giovanni combines academic mentoring experience with accelerator pedigree (TechPeaks, Rockstart), demonstrating a rare mix of operational rigor and founder empathy. An understated strength is his long-running commitment to taking early-stage prototypes through every stage of maturity to trusted enterprise deployments.
