Top SchoolGiusi Moffa is an experienced statistician with 12 years applying rigorous quantitative methods across academia and industry, based in Switzerland. She holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Bristol and dual MSc degrees in Telecommunication Engineering (Università di Pisa, top honors) and Complex Systems (Pavia), reflecting a rare blend of statistical theory, engineering, and systems thinking. Her training enables her to translate complex data and stochastic models into actionable insights, particularly where communication systems and complex networks intersect. Colleagues value her analytical precision and the depth of her methodological toolkit, from probabilistic modeling to advanced inference techniques. Beyond research, she brings linguistic agility—knowledge of German—to cross-disciplinary collaboration in multilingual environments. An intellectual polymath, she pairs strong academic credentials with a pragmatic focus on solving real-world data challenges.
