Top SchoolGlenn Lebrasseur is a Principal Communications Engineer based in Portland, Oregon, with nine years of focused experience in satellite ground stations, data communications, embedded systems, and SCADA design. He leads the Portland State Aerospace Society’s Communications Team, designing and operating radio and networking systems for sounding rockets and Oregon’s first university-built nanosatellite, OreSat. Glenn combines hands-on RF engineering with systems-level thinking, bridging spacecraft radios and earth-station infrastructure to deliver end-to-end communications solutions. His background in municipal communications engineering and decades of practical electronics work give him rare operational depth for university-led space programs. An avid DX listener and CubeSat builder, he brings both hobbyist curiosity and disciplined engineering to complex RF challenges.
