Top SchoolGlenn Lugod is a Principal Software Engineer and hands-on CTO with 11+ years of professional experience and two decades of deep technical practice in security, systems, and healthcare technology. He architects and ships scalable, compliant medical systems—most recently leading the development and launch of AIDA, an AI-powered clinical assistant, and achieving PhilHealth e-Konsulta certification for a production EHR. A former antivirus researcher and malware analyst, he brings low-level OS and reverse-engineering expertise to bear on hard reliability and security problems, having built core detection engines and automated threat-update pipelines. Glenn thrives in agile teams where he codes alongside engineers, champions pragmatic tooling, and embeds LLMs and intelligent agents into developer workflows to boost productivity and code quality. He has a strong track record of automating CI/CD, CDN-backed distribution, and data conversion pipelines that reduced time-to-update for security products. Based in Laguna, Philippines, he pairs relentless curiosity with practical delivery under tight deadlines.
