Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolGlenn Sandoval is a pragmatic senior software engineer with 15+ years building maintainable, test-first systems across Typescript, C#, Java/Kotlin and Python. He combines deep hands-on full‑stack experience—from React front-ends and Node services to Spring Boot and AWS Lambdas—with a strong focus on architecture, testing and developer experience. Glenn has shipped production features at companies ranging from Atlassian and Westpac to Meridian Energy, and brings particular strengths in data integration (Postgres/DynamoDB) and secure, high-quality demos like DID tooling and internal scrapers. His background in hardware debugging and military satellite communications gives him a rare operational lens for preventing bugs rather than just fixing them, and he’s known for mentoring teammates and improving processes. Off the clock he’ll code for Doritos®—a hint at a pragmatic sense of humor that keeps long projects human.
