Top SchoolGoran Prijic is a seasoned software entrepreneur and technology leader with 12+ years of experience building and scaling product and services businesses from Serbia. He co-founded Vivify Ideas in 2013 and grew it to 140+ employees before its acquisition by EPAM Systems, where he has progressed to Senior Director and Country Head roles focused on engineering delivery and business growth. Goran also co-created VivifyScrum, a project management tool used by thousands of teams, and launched Vivify Academy to retrain developers for the IT industry, demonstrating a commitment to talent development as well as product-led growth. His background blends hands-on development and Scrum practice with executive strategy, and he has repeatedly turned local initiatives into globally used software and services. An interesting throughline is his pattern of founding complementary ventures (product, academy, and agency) that create a regional tech ecosystem rather than standalone companies.
