Summary

Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolGoulven Clec'h is a senior back-end engineer and software lead with eight years of experience building production-grade systems from design to deployment, based in Toulouse, France. He specializes in Elixir and Rust, has led teams up to five engineers, and launched ENCHERES IMMO’s first public API, AI features, and a white-label widget. As co-founder of the Rust-focused open-source collective Bruits, he builds developer tooling like Sampo (monorepo changelog/versioning) and Maudit (static site generator), showing a bias for automation and reproducible releases. His background spans full-stack work, CI/CD modernization, Fly.io migrations, CQRS/ES patterns and LiveView interfaces, reflecting both infrastructure and product sensibilities. Comfortable in small teams and remote roles, he pairs hands-on implementation with product ownership and mentorship. An uncommon detail: he combines a sociology degree with formal front-end training, which informs his pragmatic, user-centered approach to engineering.
