Senior🎓
Top SchoolGrace Yang is a senior at Rice University studying Computer Science and Cognitive Sciences who builds at the intersection of AI, UX, and human behavior. With 11 years of hands-on experience across Python, Go, JavaScript, C-family languages, and SQL, she blends research (HCI and memory-focused AI projects) with applied engineering—having contributed to ML work through a competitive Break Through Tech fellowship and an AI/ML internship at Visa. Grace has practical UX and product experience from design consulting and campus projects that translated sensor and environmental data into user-centered apps, and she’s taught core CS courses from computational thinking to software capstone projects. Comfortable toggling between prototype design and production code, she brings a multidisciplinary approach informed by cognitive science, eye-tracking research, and real-world data engineering.
