Senior🎓
Top SchoolGraeme Judkins is a solutions delivery lead and HCI-focused software engineer with 11 years’ experience designing, implementing, and deploying high-performance VR and AR applications for medicine, training, and education. He specializes in Unity-driven 3D interface design and tight optimization for mobile headsets (Quest 2/3), including custom shaders, profiling, and asset optimization to squeeze performance out of constrained devices. As technical lead at KOVR and now delivering solutions at Lumeto, he blends client-facing consultation, team coaching, and hands-on development to ship production-ready immersive experiences. His background in interactive systems design and a habit of “make it work, make it right, make it fast” show up in both pedagogy—running VR seminars—and in exploring novel VR UI patterns across research and industry projects. An unusual strength is translating clinical and training requirements into performant, usable XR workflows that run smoothly on consumer hardware.
