👤
SeniorGreg Baugues is a developer marketing and DevRel leader with 13 years of experience specializing in helping AI companies connect with developers through education, content, and community programs. He founded HaiHai Labs to reimagine developer marketing for the AI era, producing high-impact YouTube content that grew a channel to 10,000+ subscribers and 200,000+ views on Claude Code demos in under a year. At Twilio he built and scaled Ecosystem Evangelism and Developer Community teams that tied developer engagement directly to revenue—creating an enterprise hackathon program that generated tens of millions in committed deals. Now at Google, he combines hands-on technical fluency with storytelling, video production, and strategic partnerships to accelerate product adoption. Outside of work he practices magic and photography, hobbies that inform his creative approach to developer education and content.
