Top SchoolGreg Bohlen is a strategic, hands-on leader who currently heads Global Salesforce Consulting & Enablement at EPAM, bringing nine years in senior cloud and CRM leadership across consulting and enterprise roles. With a PhD in Strategic Marketing and early-career roots in commercial and logistics roles at Kimberly-Clark, he blends deep academic rigour with practical experience across sales effectiveness, pricing, supply chain and ERP. He has built and scaled cloud-native CRM practices and led global Salesforce deployments across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and North America, consistently aligning digital and offline channels for frictionless customer and worker journeys. Known for challenging the status quo, Greg combines programme-level strategy with change management and delivery capability design—often merging crowd, onshore/offshore and consultancy models to accelerate value. Based in England, he is as comfortable defining go-to-market and enablement strategies as he is directing complex, cross-functional transformations.
