Top SchoolGreg Reda is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 13 years of hands-on AI/ML and data science experience, having built early analytics teams and production ML systems at companies like Grubhub, Sprout Social, and Instacart. He’s comfortable oscillating between individual contributor and leadership roles, having founded data science orgs and shipped real-time logistics models as well as retrieval-augmented generation products. Greg combines product-minded engineering—APIs, ingestion pipelines, and full-stack site maintenance—with deep ML expertise, and even maintains his personal site’s build tooling and content pipeline on GitHub. Based in Chicago, he has a proven track record accelerating growth-stage teams and scaling models to serve millions of records. He’s equally at home sketching org strategy as he is tuning latency-sensitive models for production.
