Top SchoolGreg Turner is a creative technology leader and Lead Software Engineer based in Melbourne with over two decades of experience turning interactive systems, IoT and 3D audio ideas into delivered products and memorable cultural experiences. He blends hands-on engineering and people leadership—most recently at Kraken and previously as CTO of ACMI—where he architected an integrated content and IoT ecosystem (XOS) for hybrid physical/online visitor experiences. Greg has founded and led agencies and consultancies, advising cultural institutions and startups while driving whole-of-organisation digital strategy, DevOps transformation and cross-discipline collaboration. He’s comfortable operating across research, product and operations, translating between designers, curators and engineers to overcome silos in complex, ambiguous settings.
