Top SchoolGregor Elke is a Delivery Manager and Lead Software Engineer with 13 years of experience building and guiding web-focused engineering teams across European tech consultancies and product firms. He blends hands-on development and team leadership, having led remote teams to deliver tooling for service configuration and billing at SysEleven after frontend and architecture roles at companies like Wonderway and Holisticon. Gregor’s approach centers on raising technical know-how, championing product-oriented collaboration, and instilling good architectural habits to make teams more autonomous and effective. He prioritizes an open, inclusive learning environment to grow future leaders who can sustain improvements beyond his direct influence. Based in Lüneburg, Germany, he pairs pragmatic delivery skills with a consistent track record of coaching agile practices and improving software architecture in production environments. Less obvious: he frequently balances strategic delivery responsibilities with direct technical mentorship, keeping one foot in code while scaling teams and processes.
