Top SchoolGriffen Edge is a UI/UX designer based in Sydney with nine years of experience crafting accessible, human-centred digital products across government, health, aged care, and education sectors. He blends research-driven design, prototyping and design systems practice to deliver measurable outcomes—such as 10× user growth for a federal web app and a 16% increase in transactions at Sydney Community College. Comfortable working end-to-end from field research and stakeholder workshops to WCAG-compliant interfaces and responsive implementations, he regularly bridges product, engineering and business needs. Griffen contributes to open source in his spare time and brings a creative lens shaped by a background in performance and live events, which informs his collaborative facilitation and empathy-led research. He holds a Design Computing degree from the University of Sydney and has international exposure via a student exchange in industrial and cognitive design. Outside work he performs in community theatre, plays guitar, and volunteers energy to pet-friendly causes—small details that reflect his people-first approach to design.
