Top SchoolGuiem Bosch is an AI safety researcher and machine learning engineer with over a decade of experience building production ML systems and leading teams across startups and scale-ups. Trained as a computer scientist with a master's in AI and a bachelor's in psychology, he brings a rare combination of technical depth in NLP and a human-centered perspective on cognition and collective behavior. His career spans roles from chief data scientist and lead ML engineer to senior engineering manager at GoFundMe, where he moved models from research into reliable product features. Now at the Cambridge AI Safety Hub, he focuses on the intersection of robust ML and societal impacts, informed by earlier work in e-health assistive tools and social psychology research. Off the desk he teaches Kundalini yoga, a practice that subtly informs his collaborative leadership and attention to long-term system behavior.
