Summary
👤
SeniorGuilherme Batista is a founding engineer and CTO with eight years of experience building high-throughput, automation-first systems for fintech and legal tech. He has repeatedly turned manual workflows into scalable pipelines—cutting class-action analysis from months to hours and later to seconds by combining OCR, ETL and LLMs to process terabytes of unstructured data and enable multi‑million dollar purchases. As a hands‑on leader he’s built end‑to‑end platforms (React, Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, Python) and payment/loan backends (MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ) that processed millions in transactions and automated onboarding for 50k+ users. Comfortable across product, infrastructure and data engineering, he brings a founder’s pragmatism and an eye for operational metrics that turn complex compliance and KYC problems into automated, auditable flows. Based in São Paulo with entrepreneurship training from MIT and Latitud, he blends technical depth with startup execution.
